General Terms

1). AllSexRevenue.com is owned and operated by professional Adult Webmasters.

2). We produce professional Adult website packages designed to provide customers the opportunity to earn an income from the various associated affiliate link sources that co-exist on each website we produce.

3). Each website produced can vary in colour and design to depict either, a) the domain name or, b) the theme chosen by the customer, or c) both of the foregoing. AllSexRevenue.com have the right to vary the content of each website based on the availability of each associate affiliate and other factors determined by AllSexRevenue.com

4). AllSexRevenue.com offer a full 30 day money-back guarantee if a customer is not completely satisfied with the design of their website(s). Cancellations under this clause will only be accepted by notification in a written request sent by recorded delivery post to our registered address.

5). Although AllSexRevenue.com initially market each customers website(s) to over 75,000 Search Engines and directories, the customer agrees that he or she has the ultimate responsibility to market their own website(s) in the future by utilising the tools and advice we impart in our Webmaster's Lounge.

6). AllSexRevenue.com agrees to provide free email support and technical advice for as long as the customer retains his/her website(s).

7). Although AllSexRevenue.com provide unlimited support, advice and instructions that should for all intents and purposes allow a customer to derive income from their website(s) based on current Adult website income trends and past performance statistics, AllSexRevenue.com make no guarantee or warranty as to an amount, time or date when a customer will, or start to earn income.

8). With the exception of our own referral scheme, all payments in respect of affiliate websites will be paid direct to the customer from the various affiliates that are linked on each website.

9). The customer agrees to retain the secret passwords to the Webmaster's Lounge and not to divulge them to any non-member or any third-party.

10). Although the following are included in the original website(s) cost, the customer agrees to pay a domain registration fee of £25.00 every two years for each domain name relating to their package, and a website server fee of £39.95 every year for each website in their package, one year from the date of the launch of their website(s).

11). AllSexRevenue.com cannot be held responsible for any server outages or disruptions that might occur from any accidental occurrence including, an Act of God, war, insurrection, flood or fire.

Rules governing Server access (File Transfer Protocol)

As a fully paid-up customer will have full access to your server via FTP (File Transfer Protocol). This will enable you to amend and add to your website as you wish. However, in order to retain these privileges you MUST ensure the following:

1). Your site contains NO child pornography, bestiality, violence, torture, rape, warez or software pirating of any kind, or your site will be deleted immediately.

2). You must not cheat tgp's, links sites or any other sites or your account will be deleted.

3). You must have the rights to all material you publish on your website.

4). Your must ensure your site is completely legal according to international laws and does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property statutes. Any site violating any laws will be suspended until any complaint regarding copyright infringement has been satisfied.

5). Your entire site must reside on servers supplied by us, or your account will be deleted. If you accidentally delete your entire site on the server, AllSexRevenue.com will levy a charge of £30.00 to re-instate your original site on the server.

6). You may not make use of paragraph, line break, or anchor tags or any other method in an attempt to modify our splash banners or their hyperlinks. You must not tamper in any way with the display of our advertising banners, text, or graphical buttons or your site will be deleted. However, you may add pages and images to your website and initiate links from the main or other pages you create.

7). You understand that advertising your website via bulk email or spamming, including mass posting to Usenet Newsgroups and abuses of AOLs chatrooms, forums, etc., will cause my account to be closed immediately. Any illegal activities will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

8). Your site will be written in English at all times.

9). You may not upload any file size over 50Kb in total size. Any files in violation will be compressed or deleted at our discretion.

10). No mpeg, avi, ra, .exe, zip files may be uploaded without prior permission.
